killer workout! Especially for the knee

Wow, Kick butt workout:
5 clean and press 95#
5 overhead squats 65#
100 jump ropes
15 GHB situps
5 TGU’s with 20# dumbbell

Killed me at round 8 via my knee. I think I twisted my knee doing turkish get ups. OUCH! My first set back may have started today.
