Monday!

Ok, so after a wedding reception, the pizza my kids had to have and a Easter dinner I gained 2 pounds. I honestly expected more from the horrible foods I ate. I think the 3 miles a day of jogging saved me.

Great WOD from Source Crossfit (shameless plug for my friend)! I truly have a love hate relationship with pull-ups and the acronym AMRAP. One great thing was I broke into the 11 minute mark for the mile.
