Lynne definitely put the hammer on my lats and chest. Feeling it today. Made it through most of the Outlaw Way Barbell workout. Ran out of time before getting to the RDL.
Man I hate struggling with food. The hardest part of the fitness battle is eating clean.
I am not sure if Lynne kicked my ass or I kicked hers. Bench press was at 210 and I managed to get 167 reps this time. Last time I did the workout at 205 at 165 reps. The great thing about Lynne is a it is a test of tenacity. Can you push yourself harder each round. Butterfly pull ups were a bit better. Need to push much harder for my goals.
