Day 6

Did the timer workout with cards.  Wow 20 cards for 3 rotations of 30 seconds on 20 seconds rest.  In 51 minutes burned 800 calories.  Pretty killer workout.  The hard part is balancing the time so you don’t burn out to fast and make the last part of the workout so hard it is not worth it.
