Ok, I called this the 500 rep workout. Well it can be the 1000 rep or 1500 rep, all depending on how you combine it. I am a huge advocate of doing something different for the aerobic/weighted mix workouts. So we take about 60 index cards with different exercises and pick randomly 10 of them. We do each exercise for 50 reps. I only stop when I can just no longer go on. As soon as I can I start right back. 500 reps of 10 exercises this morning took 25 minutes.
